It's been cool here since we arrived. It dropped to 68F yesterday and the weatherman said everyone here panics if it goes below 70F and they bring out their parkas. We've been wearing our jackets in the evening and on the bus, (they don't turn the air conditioning off). Here are a couple of pictures of our condo. There is also a Lanai which we haven't used much yet but it faces east and we get the morning sun until noon, except when it's eclipsed by the behemouth office building across the street. We are on a corner so we have a nice view to the mountains between some high rises (see photo). We've been travelling on the bus quite a bit, picking up some basic necessities for our stay. Yesterday as we approached one of the transfer points, the driver announced various destinations and the bus numbers you needed to transfer to. One place was The Punchbowl. "Oh," said a tourist, "That's the football stadium." I guess he thought the Punchbowl was one of the College football games.

nice place! Too much relaxing going on! It has been extremely foggy the past few days here. Finally should clear out by Monday.
